Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: To ensure optimal service for all clients, please notify me of any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy allows me to accommodate others and enhance availability for you. Any modifications made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule, please call 316-243-6700; cancellations submitted via email or social media will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding!
Late Policy: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment it may need to be canceled in order to stay on schedule for my other clients. Please note that cancellations made after the 15-minute grace period will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, a 100% no-show fee for the booked services will be charged. To facilitate appointment bookings, a card on file is required for all clients. Please rest assured that your card information is encrypted and remains confidential.
